1. About us

These terms apply to services provided by Celebrations by Beverley (“we”, “us”).

A booking is confirmed once we accept your request and (if applicable) deposit is received.

Fees are agreed in writing. Travel or additional time may be charged as agreed.

If you cancel, fees may be retained in line with the agreed schedule. If we must cancel, a full refund will be provided.

We provide a bespoke ceremony service; legal marriage formalities are handled by the registry office unless otherwise stated.

We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms; the latest version will be posted on this page.
